We are moving to a new town and are both starting a new job in July. In the process of looking for a house to buy we stumbled upon a Ryan Homes model home and spoke with the SR and they sold us on the house and what we could get and afford. So here we go!

A surprise
We had not heard anything from our PM in over a week when I last wrote him and asked for an update and he stated that nothing would happen till next week. Well since I didn't hear anything all week, I assumed no progress had been made. But I wrote an email to our SR since our PM doesn't work past 4 pm or on weekends; so our SR said she was in a meeting on Sat morning and would drive by our lot later in the day and see if there was any progress on the house. Low and behold
