We went to the house this afternoon and the carpet layers were just leaving. We got to see our carpet selection and we were quite happy, out of our 5 options of carpets, 4 of them were tan and we wanted the furthest from that. We also got to see our granite choice. Wow!!!
Looking great! You kitchen looks so much further ahead than ours. We don't have all our cabinets up yet. Well, they actually had to tear them down because so many issues had to be fixed first.

Luckily we only had multiple broken cabinet doors and face pieces. All the bases were sound. That shower door is from the master. We wanted a frameless shower door, but it wasn't worth the fight with them. We were told that so many of our other request like outside water spigot locations, steps into the house, extra support for laundry, cable placements and even more would be easy to deal with down the road. But in the end they were completely ignored and told us that we didn't have them in writing or when we did have them in writing, we were told that they would "try" to accommodate, but no promises.
