3/2: Walked through the model home once again. Found the perfect lot, signed our lot agreement and preliminary purchase agreement.
3/6: Signed the official purchase agreement.3/11: Conference call with NVR mortgage and they mailed us the papers
3/12: Filled out the NVR papers and mailed them back.
3/20: Still haven't heard anything from NVR, applying to Bank of America.
3/21: Meeting with Guardian and flooring company
3/26: We were approved by Bank of America today. Lets hope our denial from NVR is quick.
4/03: Pre-construction meeting.
4/11: They excavated and poured the footers this weekend!! Ahead of schedule by 5 days.
4/14: Foundations done
4/16: Waterproofing
4/22: Backfilling
4/23: Estimated lumber delivery
4/24: Framing start date
4/26: First and Second floor framing done!!
5/1: Roof is shingled, windows are in, plumbers are working away.
5/9: Pre-drywall meeting.
5/12: Passed both electrical and building inspections
5/13: Estimated drywall start date
5/15: House has siding
5/20: Actual drywall start date
